This is a great idea with no wires to worry about, so it can be put up anywhere is no time. Since it doesn't use any power, we actually put it on our boat -- works great! Easy to put up and light up ...

The only problem is the switch is too close to the glass shade - when used manually it scrapes against the glass. Gives beatiful suttle lighting to my second floor hall - no need for overhead lighting...
